Modern Day Commune- Co-Housing and Intentional Communities

September 19, 2006 by Lisa - Homeschooling Mom Leave a Comment

I have been tying with this idea for some time- living in an a modern commune- or intentional community. What is it? It is a community of people who choose to live with other. Most often they will share a common ideal- maybe working towards a greener environment or aiming to live off the grid or in s sustainable community. In my mind I ave pictured a community of unschoolers devoted to family and friends.

I discovered this site- Co-Housing.org which helps facilitate people- or just one person- start of an intentional community.
