learning about water usage in Canada at Eco-house

September 3, 2009 by Lisa - Homeschooling Mom Leave a Comment

On a homeschool field trip with the co-op kids to eco-house this month.
I had to laugh because my older daughter who would like to try going to school and may be trying out an alternative school this month thought it was excruciatingly boring. I was tryign to convince her that this would have been a REALLY fun day for schooled kids. She was not buying it.
What she learned was she wanted funky but expensive LED lightbulb for her new room.
Lots of toilet talk- compost toilets, low flow toilets and my son now screaming “If its yellow let it mellow …. ” at inappropriate times in shopping malls.
