Lines and Grids at New Directions

Making up a calendar today at New Directions. We also did some math level assesmment for older kids, learned greater than and less than math signs, played yahtzee and more about proper and common nouns.
I have been using Singapore math which I love. still not to sure about well trained mind. some one recommended Charlotte Mason to me and thought you could use in a secular way. not convinced ;)
